Job Overview

Keller Williams Qatar is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property Evaluator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating residential and commercial properties, preparing accurate valuation reports, and providing market insights to support our sales and leasing teams.

This role requires strong knowledge of the Qatar real estate market, analytical ability, and clear professional communication.

Requirements

• Previous experience in property valuation, real estate, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar real estate market
• RICS qualification is required
• Ability to analyze data and produce accurate valuation reports
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)
• Valid Qatar driving license (preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with real estate brokerages or property developers
• Understanding of leasing and sales pricing strategies
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Professional, ethical approach to property evaluation
