What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university,
• 5–10 years of experience in real estate development within the retail or service industry,
• Solution-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills,
• Strong communication skills,
• Ability to manage time effectively and demonstrate strong negotiation skills,
• Good command of English,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Advanced knowledge of Excel,
• Dynamic, adaptable to a fast-paced and flexible working environment.

What Will You Do?

• Working in coordination with the Accounting department to ensure the accurate control of incoming invoices and the complete recording of monthly rental expenses in the statutory ledger,
• Preparing and executing monthly cash flow plans in coordination with the Finance department,
• Conducting budget-related work,
• Managing rental contracts, renewals, and protocol tracking,
• Analyzing and resolving issues/requests received from newly opened clubs and those forwarded by Operations and Finance,
• Providing support to other departments/clubs regarding documentation and information needs,
• Conducting rental negotiations when necessary during contract renewal periods,
• Establishing necessary communication with investors regarding all processes and managing these relationships.
