We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive full-time Real Estate Executive Assistant to support a busy real estate team.

This is not an entry-level administrative position. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities at once, and takes ownership of getting things done without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to client inquiries
  • Coordinating property showings and appointments
  • Managing calendars and scheduling
  • Preparing and organizing contracts and transaction paperwork
  • Following up with leads, clients, vendors, and tenants
  • Assisting with marketing efforts, mailers, and client appreciation campaigns
  • Maintaining CRM databases and contact records
  • Tracking deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed on time
  • Assisting with property management and administrative projects as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and business partners

Compensation:

  • Hourly base pay
  • Performance and commission opportunities

  • Pay will start with a base training hourly pay of $18/hour. This is strictly for a month-long training period. After that, pay will transition to a mix of a base hourly rate plus commission splits. Pay may be discussed more in-depth as we move forward in the process.

This position will begin as a full-time in-person position for the training period and transition to a hybrid work schedule - some work from home, some in-office time.
