Real Estate Experienced Sales Manager

WE ARE HIRING

We require highly skilled Real Estate Sales Managers with minimum of 5 years experience in Dubai Real Estate. The potential candidate should have their own team of experienced telecallers / agents.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Highly experienced with a proven track record.
• Must have a team of well-trained and experienced sales agents (min 5-10 agents with minimum of 2 years Dubai Real Estate experience) who can join immediately.
• Must be able to achieve monthly sales targets for both the team and the manager.
• Good inventory of properties directly from owners.
• Direct clients and owners database.

Optional: Valid UAE driving license & RERA broker card.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

• Back-office support: admin, tele-sales, marketing, property listing platforms, CRM, mobile sim, laptop, client database, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
