Real Estate Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor – Abu Dhabi

Providential Property Management is seeking a skilled and client-focused Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations and facilities management of our diverse residential and commercial property portfolio across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for residential and commercial properties.
• Plan and schedule Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) activities.
• Communicate effectively with tenants and property owners to address requirements and resolve concerns.
• Supervise and organize AMC team work schedules to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
• Deliver technical presentations to explain company services and solutions to clients.
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships.
• Source quotations, review tender documents, and collaborate with design and estimation teams to ensure client specifications and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in property management, facilities supervision, or real estate advisory (UAE experience preferred).
• Solid knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.
• Familiarity with UAE property legislation, ownership structures, and freehold/leasehold frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and property management software.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Valid UAE Driving License required.
