The Real Estate Head HR is responsible for managing all human resource activities for the real estate organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and strategic HR planning. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures are aligned with business goals and compliant with legal requirements, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles, including property management, sales, leasing, and administrative positions.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and oversee the hiring process.
- Manage job postings, career fairs and Campus Hiring.
2. Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and disputes, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication and addressing workplace issues promptly.
3. Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies and employee recognition programs.
4. Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Implement onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
5. Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation to meet legal and organizational requirements.
6. HR Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business objectives and growth.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements in workforce planning and management.
7. Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair compensation structures.
- Manage employee benefits enrolment, renewals, and inquiries.
- Familiar with PF & ESIC and other Statutory Compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) preferred.
- 5+ years of HR experience in a managerial role within the real estate or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
