You’ll be the first point of contact for leads, building rapport, qualifying prospects, and supporting the outside sales team by managing data, follow-ups, and lead qualification with a proactive, goal-oriented approach.

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, with performance-based bonuses tied to metrics like leads contacted, appointments booked, and old leads revived.

Qualifications

  • Proactive, reliable, and organized self-starters with a team-player mentality.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, valuing systems and processes.
  • Strong communication skills, experienced in customer engagement, objection handling, and CRM management.
  • Persistent in follow-ups, comfortable with sales tools, and able to create urgency in leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Build initial relationships with potential clients, explaining company benefits.
  • Collect and organize lead information, qualify prospects, and update CRM.
  • Prospect new leads, re-engage old ones, and achieve sales goals like booking appointments.

Performance Metrics:

  • Leading Indicators: Call attempts, conversations initiated, and call duration.
  • Lagging Indicators: New leads processed, leads qualified, appointments booked, and old leads re-engaged.
