Position Overview

What We’re Looking For

• Currently residing in the UAE
• Strong spoken English skills
• Confident and clear communicator (phone sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory)
• Motivated, dependable, and professional mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow within a structured support system
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential clients using company-provided call scripts
• Build rapport and understand client property needs
• Work closely with senior agents and team members to support deal closures
• Manage follow-ups to ensure a smooth and professional client experience
• Stay informed on listings and market updates (full training provided)
