• Call and follow up with inbound and outbound seller leads
• Build rapport and trust with homeowners
• Analyze property values, repairs, and deal potential
• Present offers and negotiate contracts
• Conduct property walkthroughs when needed
• Maintain accurate notes in CRM
• Work closely with the positions and Operations teams
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets
• Participate in training, roleplays, and team meetings

• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
• 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
• 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
