Real Estate Investment Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the expert, explaining layouts, features, amenities, and pricing to potential buyers.
• Conduct structured site presentations, project tours, and detailed walkthroughs.
• Understand each client’s lifestyle needs and recommend suitable project units or configurations.
• Provide accurate project updates regarding availability, construction progress, and timelines.
• Maintain ongoing communication with interested buyers and assist them at every step until closure.
• Document client preferences, project discussions, and follow-up actions in the internal system.
• Work closely with the project, marketing, and documentation teams to ensure clients receive complete and correct information.
• Participate in project events, launches, and promotions as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream.
• 3–6 years of experience in customer advisory roles (real estate preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
