Position Overview

We are seeking licensed real estate professionals interested in working within a production-based environment focused on residential and investment properties.

In this role, you will:

• Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions
• Prospect through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Analyze properties using market data and investment metrics
• Attend property walkthroughs, inspections, and due diligence processes

This role is suited for professionals who are comfortable in a commission-based environment and interested in developing expertise in residential and investment real estate.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio real estate license (or actively pursuing licensure)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a performance-based role
• Experience in sales or outbound prospecting preferred but not required
