Our Sales Agents connect qualified buyers with deeply discounted properties. We are doing anywhere between 15-30 wholesale deals/month along with fix and flips as well.

Overview
In this role, you will be at the forefront of guiding clients through the exciting journey of property investment, leveraging your negotiation skills, market insights, and multilingual communication abilities. Your expertise will empower clients to make informed decisions, maximize their investment potential, and achieve their financial goals. Duties

• Market investment properties across social media, Facebook groups, Craigslist, and investor platforms.
• Call, qualify, and build relationships with active real estate investors.
• Schedule and conduct property showings.
• Present deals confidently and answer investor questions.
• Manage escrows and communicate with all parties to ensure smooth closings.
• Attend team training, meetings, and track performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in real estate, wholesaling, acquisitions, or high-ticket sales (preferred but not required).
• Strong marketing and social skills.
• Confident, articulate communicator.
• Hungry, competitive, and coachable personality.
• Highly organized and obsessive about follow-up.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
