Role summary
The Real Estate Investment Manager will source, underwrite, execute and manage real estate investments across residential, commercial and mixed‑use assets to deliver strong risk‑adjusted returns for the firm and its investors. The role combines market research, financial modelling, transaction execution and asset-management oversight to maximise asset value across the investment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate investment opportunities, including off‑market deals, joint ventures and development projects.
  • Lead financial underwriting and valuation (DCF, IRR, NPV, cap rates), prepare investment memos and recommend investment decisions.
  • Manage due diligence processes: coordinate legal, technical, tax and commercial advisors and review key documents.
  • Construct financial models, prepare sensitivity analyses and stress tests to support investment approvals.
  • Oversee asset management activities: budgeting, forecasting, lease management, vendor oversight and value‑add initiatives.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular reports and dashboards for executives and investors.
  • Support acquisition and disposition strategies, negotiate commercial terms and manage transaction closings.
  • Maintain awareness of Qatari real estate regulations, market trends and macroeconomic factors; build and maintain stakeholder relationships with brokers, tenants, lenders and government entities.
  • Contribute to capital raising, investor reporting and fundraising materials where required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Professional qualifications (CFA, RICS, CPM) are advantageous.
  • 4–8+ years of relevant experience in real estate investment, asset management, development or private equity; stronger senior candidates with 8+ years encouraged to apply.
  • Proven transaction experience in Qatar or GCC markets preferred.

Technical skills

  • Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills (Excel-based DCF, IRR, sensitivity scenarios).
  • Strong understanding of real estate metrics (NOI, cap rate, loan-to-value, DSCR).
  • Experience with lease analysis, property operations and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with real estate management and CRM software (Yardi, MRI, Argus, or similar).
  • Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and robust problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language ability is a plus.

Pay: QAR60.00 - QAR250.00 per hour
