Career Opportunity for Kuwaiti Nationals

We are seeking a qualified Real Estate Investment Supervisor with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate real estate opportunities presented to the company and assess their investment potential.
• Identify real estate opportunities across the investment, residential, and commercial sectors in line with the company’s plans and strategic direction.
• Prepare market studies related to the real estate sector, including market trends, rental levels, and performance across different areas and segments.
• Coordinate with the company’s various departments on matters related to real estate investment.
• Prepare feasibility studies for real estate acquisition opportunities, including opportunity details, development costs, market trends, rental rates, and expected investment returns.
• Present studies, findings, and recommendations to senior management, Board Committees, and the Board of Directors.
• Contribute to the evaluation of projects submitted by the company to various government entities.
• Oversee the management and operation of properties to help safeguard the company’s assets, including following up with the asset management company to support the achievement of optimal investment returns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.

Experience Required:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in real estate investment or a related field.
