Real Estate, Land Use and Zoning Paralegal

Javerbaum Wurgaft seeks:

Full-time real estate paralegal in our Union, NJ office. At least two years experience in handling land use and zoning. Prepare zoning lists and send to residents. Submit engineering drawings to municipalities.

Must be able to be organized both in maintaining the files, calendaring dates, etc., and must be able to initiate communication with attorneys. Maintain updated spreadsheet of files and calendaring of dates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
