Compensation- Commensurate with experience

$125,000+ based on experience

• Draft and file First Legal foreclosure complaints, summons, and initial pleadings
• Prepare motions for default, summary judgment, and discovery responses
• Attend foreclosure hearings both personally and virtually.
• Communicate clearly and regularly with clients regarding case status and strategy

• Minimum of 3-5 CURRENT years of real estate foreclosure litigation experience
