We are looking for a Real Estate Lead Generator with the following qualifications: (With RE Experience, preferably)

Job Summary

The Real Estate Lead Generator will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive property inquiries and brand awareness. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about marketing in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for property listings, open houses, and brand initiatives.
• Create, schedule, and monitor content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Design and distribute email marketing campaigns promoting new listings and company updates.
• Update and maintain the company website and property pages using CRM tools.
• Optimize online listings with engaging descriptions, photos, and videos.
• Track and analyze campaign performance (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) to improve ROI.
• Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for digital growth.
• Photo,video and social media coordinator

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate preferred).
• Proficiency in social media management tools and ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads).
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and lead generation strategies.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or real estate CRMs like Bitrix,Pixxi and Zoho).
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with real estate listing platforms is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Basic graphic design or video editing (Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Experience in email marketing (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar).
• Photography or videography skills for property marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
