Real Estate Leader - Brand Ambassador

We have an incredible opportunity for an ambitious real estate agent/broker with business development skills who's looking to add a new dimension to their work and join our team of dynamic brand ambassadors on a freelance, pay-per-action basis, with a clear path to leadership opportunities and the opportunity to earn vested equity in the company.

*This is a Business Development role. We target real estate agents for their expertise in the relocation market. Real estate transactions are not involved in this role.

About Us:

We are a dynamic MoveTech startup founded by industry veterans who are driven by a passion for revolutionizing the way people move with our innovative software-based solutions.

Unlike a typical agent position, the ideal candidate will be compensated not only for successful closed deals but also for their specific actions and completed tasks.

We are looking to hire an ambitious individual eager to grow with a MoveTech startup in the $100B moving industry and the $1.2T real estate market. Must exhibit tenacity, excellence, and determination.

You will be expected to:

  • Present our move management services (both in person and virtually) to real estate, property management, and PropTech personnel.
  • Facilitate the signing of partnership agreements.
  • Network and present at Real Estate gatherings/events to expand connections.

Your skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, face-to-face).
  • Capable of delivering presentations to groups of 20-300 people.
  • Strong ability to build and expand professional networks.
  • Self-starter who consistently delivers results with minimal supervision.
  • Entrepreneurial, Creative and innovative mindset, thinking outside the box.

Compensation:

We offer an unusually rewarding compensation that includes payment for each:

  • Physical Presentation
  • Video presentation.
  • Networking event participation.
  • Closed business.

Position evaluated at 6 months, potential full-time role & equity offered based on performance.

$150K-$250K+ earning potential for the right candidate.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
