VP Realty is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Real Estate Leasing Assistant and Administrative Support team member to help with daily leasing, property management, and office support tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, communicates well, follows instructions carefully, and enjoys keeping tasks, files, messages, and follow-ups organized.
You will work closely with the office admin team and help support leasing activity, tenant communication, property information, scheduling, paperwork, and general real estate office tasks.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Assist with leasing-related communication and follow-ups
- Help respond to tenant, applicant, and client inquiries
- Schedule showings, appointments, and property-related tasks
- Help collect and organize rental applications, documents, and property information
- Update property listings, notes, records, and internal systems
- Support admin tasks related to rentals, leases, renewals, and move-in or move-out coordination
- Help organize files, forms, checklists, and office records
- Communicate with team members to make sure tasks are completed on time
- Assist with email, phone, and message follow-ups
- Support the admin team with daily real estate operations as needed
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent English communication skills, equivalent to C1 level or higher
- Strong written English for emails, tenant communication, notes, and follow-ups
- Clear spoken English for phone calls, appointments, and team communication
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow systems, checklists, and instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, online forms, and office software
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks without losing details
- Professional attitude when communicating with clients, tenants, applicants, and team members
- Real estate, leasing, property management, or admin experience is helpful, but not required
Preferred Experience

- Administrative assistant experience
- Experience with Google Drive, Gmail, spreadsheets, CRM systems, or task management tools
Pay: E£150.00 per hour
