Job Title: Real Estate Listing Agent – Abu Dhabi

Role Summary

• Drive sales & leasing across Abu Dhabi: generate/qualify leads, advise on market/pricing, manage end-to-end transactions, and keep CRM records accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate & qualify leads; handle phone/email inquiries
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing & basic mortgages
• Create listings; run ads/open houses; arrange viewings
• Present offers, negotiate terms, finalize agreements
• Prepare/review documents; keep CRM & portals up to date

Requirements

• 2+ years in UAE real estate (Abu Dhabi)
• Fluent Arabic & English; strong communication
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel; detail-oriented
• Familiar with real estate CRMs & listing portals
• Calm under pressure; adaptable and client-focused
