Bedaya Real Estate is looking for a highly organized and motivated Real Estate Listing & Call Center Coordinator to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the UAE real estate market and possess strong communication and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update property listings across real estate portals and marketing platforms.
- Coordinate with agents to collect property information, photos, and required documents.
- Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Qualify leads and assign inquiries to the sales and leasing team.
- Follow up with clients and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate property viewings and client appointments.
- Monitor listing performance and report lead activity.
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in UAE real estate is mandatory.
- Experience in property listing management and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate portals.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
