Real Estate Listing Coordinator ( Female )

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Real Estate Listing Coordinator to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting our property listings, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve monthly targets. This role is crucial in driving growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, investors, and tenants.
• Introduce company services and promote available property listings.
• Understand client needs and match them with suitable properties.
• Schedule property viewings and coordinate with the sales team.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information.
• Meet daily and monthly calling/lead generation targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Provide accurate information about prices, availability, and project details.
• Support marketing campaigns by contacting leads generated through ads and events.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or real estate (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into opportunities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales KPIs.
