Real Estate Listing Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Listing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings across real estate platforms, ensuring accuracy, quality presentation, and timely updates. This role is essential in supporting the sales team by preparing listings that attract potential buyers and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage property listings on real estate portals.
• Write professional and attractive property descriptions.
• Update listing status, prices, and availability regularly.
• Coordinate with property owners to obtain accurate information and approvals.
• Upload and edit photos and videos for listings.
• Ensure all listings meet company standards and platform guidelines.
• Maintain organized records of all properties.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate listings or data entry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good English writing skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple listings.
• Familiarity with real estate platforms is a plus.
• Basic photo editing skills are an advantage.
