Real Estate Live Stream Host (Arabic Speaker )

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Real Estate Live Stream Host to represent our property projects across various digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate, enjoys being on camera, and has strong communication and sales skills. You will play a key role in showcasing premium properties, engaging potential buyers, and driving lead conversion through live streaming and short-form video content.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct live-stream property tours and show unit walkthroughs
• Introduce project highlights, layouts, and selling points during live sessions
• Appear in short-form real estate videos (project introductions, policy explanations, layout analysis, etc.)
• Engage with audiences during live streams and convert viewers into leads through DMs and registrations
• Collaborate with the operations team on live-stream and short video scripts
• Participate in outdoor shooting at show units, project sites, and construction locations

Requirements

• Strong on-camera presence with confidence and good communication skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Experience in live streaming or short-form video platforms (TikTok, Douyin, Instagram Reels, etc.)
• Strong interaction skills and ability to control live-stream atmosphere
• Comfortable with outdoor shooting and flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
• Quick learner with the ability to understand real estate projects and property policies
• Outgoing personality with strong sales awareness and conversion mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales or property brokerage
• Experience in live commerce or proven sales conversion through live streaming
• Existing social media account or follower base is a plus
