We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in both secondary market and off-plan properties and proven experience managing a team of at least 10 agents. This role requires leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to drive high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 10 real estate agents.
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure all KPIs and targets are met.
- Develop sales strategies for secondary and off-plan properties.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Build strong relationships with clients and major developers.
- Distribute leads, monitor follow-ups, and maintain quality service standards.
- Stay updated with market trends, new project launches, and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of secondary market and off-plan sales.
- Previous experience managing a team.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
