Sales Manager – Real Estate (With Agent Management Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing real estate agents, driving sales performance, and overseeing day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, supervise, and support a team of real estate agents
• Monitor agent performance, leads, and conversion ratios
• Coordinate listings, viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Train and onboard agents on sales processes, CRM, and compliance
• Work closely with management, developers, and marketing teams
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional service standards
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Dubai real estate
• Proven agent management / team leadership experience
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CRM knowledge and reporting experience
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• RERA certification is an advantage
