Homebase Real Estate is a top 1% Southern California team with $124M+ in 2025 production and $500M+ lifetime sales. We’re expanding into Tucson and we’re looking for one operator to run it.

This is not an agent role. This is a market manager role. You build the team, we hand you the engine.

What you’d be running

This is a role in production. We’re looking for a leader who is already winning in this market, someone who can train and teach our agents how to convert and grow.

You’d still be selling homes. With our leads, technology, and systems behind you, most leaders see their personal production go up, not down, while they build out Homebase Tucson. You sell more and lead a team while you do it.

You’d be the face of Homebase in Tucson. Recruiting, mentoring, coaching, holding the standard. Your job is to attract good agents and make them better, while continuing to produce yourself.

We supply the leads, the tech, the systems, and the structure. You supply the leadership.

Already have a small team? Bring them. We’ll help you grow it faster than you could on your own.

Compensation

You earn on your personal production plus an override on team production. Uncapped. The bigger the team you build, the bigger the check. We’ll walk you through the numbers on the call.

Who fits

• Licensed AZ real estate agent or broker, in good standing
• 3+ years producing in the Tucson market
• Currently winning in this market with a track record of personal production you can point to
• Recruited, trained, or led other agents before
• Comfortable on the phone, in front of a camera, and in front of a room
• Coachable, competitive, and not allergic to accountability
• Already running a small team is a plus, not a requirement

Pay: $51,711.09 - $217,451.00 per year
