Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting properties, generating leads, and strengthening the company’s brand presence across digital and offline marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for property leasing and sales
• Create and manage property listings on portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
• Handle social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp campaigns)
• Coordinate photo shoots, videos, and property marketing materials
• Generate and track leads from marketing campaigns
• Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and banners
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
• Coordinate with sales and leasing teams to support promotions
• Manage company branding and marketing content consistency
• Handle online inquiries and forward qualified leads to the sales team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate marketing or related field (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Experience with property portals and lead-generation tools
• Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Dubai real estate market
• Knowledge of SEO, paid ads (Google/Facebook), and email marketing
• Photography or video editing skills are an advantage
