Job Title: Real Estate Marketing Manager

Location: Pondicherry

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
The Real Estate Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend analysis to inform marketing campaigns.
  • Define target audience segments and develop tailored campaigns to reach potential buyers.
  • Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
  • Oversee offline marketing initiatives such as print media, brochures, banners, exhibitions, and open house events.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Content & Branding
  • Develop compelling marketing content, including property descriptions, presentations, newsletters, and advertisements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies for creative deliverables.
  • Lead Management & Sales Support
  • Work closely with the sales team to track marketing leads, monitor performance, and refine campaigns.
  • Generate qualified leads through strategic marketing efforts and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Support sales presentations, project launches, and client engagement activities.
  • Budget & Reporting
  • Prepare marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenses.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in real estate marketing or property sales marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, SEO/SEM, social media, and lead generation tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM tools and real estate marketing software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  • Knowledge of real estate regulations and market trends in [your city/region].
