We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Real Estate Marketing & Operations Assistant to join our growing team.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a professional who can hit the ground running and already possesses strong marketing, administrative, graphic design, and communication skills.
This position is 100% IN PERSON and is non-negotiable. We are not considering remote or hybrid applicants. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative office environment and enjoys being actively involved in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced real estate business.
This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth, increased responsibilities, and additional income potential.
What You'll Do
This role combines marketing, client service, transaction support, and office operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Listing coordination and marketing implementation
- Creating and managing social media content and advertising campaigns
- Designing brochures, postcards, flyers, newsletters, and other marketing materials
- Managing email marketing campaigns and e-blasts
- Creating and updating landing pages and website content
- CRM management and lead follow-up
- Calendar management and administrative support
- Coordinating with vendors, contractors, photographers, and clients
- Assisting with community events and marketing campaigns
- Writing compelling marketing copy, property descriptions, and advertisements
- Managing databases, digital files, and office systems
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy real estate team
- Meeting with vendors, clients, and contractors as needed
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, Social Media Marketing, and Administrative Support
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong customer service and client communication skills
- Professional writing and copywriting experience
- General understanding of the real estate industry
Required Software & Marketing Experience
- Adobe Photoshop
- Canva
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Excel
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Mailchimp or similar email marketing platform
- CRM experience (Follow Up Boss preferred)
- Website management experience
- Landing page creation and management
- Social media advertising and campaign management
- Social media content creation, scheduling, and analytics
- Ability to create digital and print marketing materials
- Experience creating online and print advertisements
- Knowledge of QR code creation, tracking, and campaign reporting
- Familiarity with Lovable for website, landing page, and marketing asset creation
- Experience with AI tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus
- Basic photo and video editing skills preferred

Preferred Qualifications
- Real Estate License (preferred but not required)
- SEO knowledge
- Real estate marketing experience

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Day shift
- Typical shifts are 4–5 hours, with additional hours available based on workload
- Occasional weekends as needed
