Real Estate Marketing Senior Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides support in the implementation of marketing communications strategy for the business in coordination with other departments and ensure that the desired message conforms to desired standards of quality in line with SAR’s corporate guidelines.
• Assists in the direction of strategy and planning for promotional materials, sales tactics, and other marketing operations.
• Supports in formulating and managing the branding strategy for SAR’s service offerings in line with the overall company strategy and business objectives.
• Develops draft advertising text and layouts as part of campaign materials and presents to the Marketing & Sales Manager for review and approval.
• Assists in designing various marketing, communication and promotional materials including brochures, project profiles, advertisements, posters, and presentations.
• Communicates the marketing concept either graphically or in written format to specific audience and under the supervision of the Manager.
• Evaluates and identifies media partners from varied channels (print and visual) and forges long-term relationships to implement the communications activities of SAR.
• Coordinates with relevant third parties, such as creative agencies, event organizers and other vendors to implement marketing communications initiatives smoothly.
• Works with team members for identifying, evaluating, and implementing effective ways of applying marketing communication research findings to business.
• Keeps abreast of developments within marketing techniques and applies them to enhance the marketing operations within SAR.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
