About the Role:
We’re hiring an energetic, detail-oriented Marketing & Design Specialist who can own day-to-day creative production while partnering closely with our agents and leadership. You’ll design print and digital collateral, manage social + video content, support recurring marketing programs, and be the go-to resource for branding and light tech support across our marketing stack. Real-estate experience is a strong bonus. Your role enjoys the opportunity to work in and support multiple locations.
What You’ll Do:
Creative & Production
- Design flyers, postcards, brochures, yard signs, riders, banners, email graphics, and listing/social assets.
- Prepare print-ready files: bleeds, trim, CMYK/RGB, spot colors, paper weights/finishes, and vendor specs; coordinate with print partners for accurate quotes and on-time delivery.
- Build and refresh brand templates and playbooks for campaigns and events.
Digital, Social & Video
- Plan, create, and schedule posts (short-form video, Reels/TikTok, carousels, stories) and agent-branded content; measure and iterate.
- Produce monthly/newsletter content and light website/landing page updates.
- Support email signatures and email design
- Track engagement metrics across social and email platforms; provide monthly insights to leadership for content performance and for future campaign improvements
Agent & Team Support
- Hold recurring 1:1 agent sessions (branding, business planning, marketing walkthroughs).
- Provide brand kits with custom templates for newly affiliated agents and help with agent onboarding/training.
- Triage requests, prioritize work, and collaborate with a virtual assistant as needed.
- Teach and coach agents on best practices
- Events & Seasonal Projects
- Create graphics and logistics collateral for client events (e.g., community days, seasonal promos).
- Manage seasonal drops including magnet/mail campaigns from design to fulfillment.
Must-Have Skills
- Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva (advanced template work), Stripo (email design).
- Social & Video: Comfortable scripting, shooting, and editing short-form content; understands current platform best practices.
- Print Production: Expert in file prep, color modes, bleeds, imposition basics, paper/finish choices, and communicating with printers.
- Brand Systems: Build and maintain scalable templates, style guides, and asset libraries.
- Google Workspace Proficient: Experienced in using Google Drive, Docs, Forms, Sheets, and Sites for collaboration, file organization, and streamlined communication across teams.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
