Key Responsibilities - Capture stunning photos of residential and commercial properties - Deliver media content in a timely and consistent manner - Work closely with the editing team to ensure top-quality output - Build strong rapport with real estate agents and maintain positive relationships - Be a welcoming, enthusiastic presence on-site, representing Visual Appeal Media with a smile.

What We're Looking For - Exceptional people skills: Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with others - Outgoing and enthusiastic: You bring energy to every interaction and love engaging with new people - Sociable and charismatic: You’re more than just talkative—you know how to create meaningful connections - No experience required: We’ll train you from the ground up! - Experience in the service industry (like serving, bartending, or hospitality) is a plus. We value the skills you’ve built in those roles, such as customer service and handling different personalities Requirements - Basic photography skills or willingness to learn (we’ll provide the training) - Ability to travel to various properties in the Cincinnati/NKY and surrounding areas - Great communication skills and a passion for customer service - Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
