At Beyond Property Media, we create powerful photo and video content that helps real estate agents market their listings and stand out. We’re a creative team that loves people, loves processes, and loves helping others shine. And right now, we’re looking for a Real Estate Media Specialist (Photographer) located in The Poconos.

Best part - you don’t need photography or videography experience to apply. We’ll teach you everything.

You just need a great attitude, solid work ethic, love for people, and the confidence to show up ready to serve.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to homes and shoot listing content: photos, video, drone, and 3D scans
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and our internal team
• Follow shoot-day checklists, prep gear, and manage logistics
• Help agents feel confident on camera by coaching them on what to say and how to look their best
• Upload files and notes to our editing team - you shoot, we edit
• Represent the Beyond property media brand with kindness, integrity, reliability, and professionalism

Drone License Requirement

All team members must obtain their FAA Part 107 drone license.

We will reimburse you for the passed exam and provide all study materials- you just need to be willing to put in the effort to pass.

Must-Haves

• Live in the The Poconos (Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg, Mount Pocono..etc)
• Valid driver’s license + reliable car
• Phone that is no older than three years + laptop/Computer. + reliable high speed internet
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Available at least 3–4 days per week for shoot availability
• Confident, articulate, and calm under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Extremely detail-oriented, reliable, coachable, and organized
• Willing to receive feedback and improve constantly
• Comfortable driving daily and being on your feet

☀ Your Typical Workday

You start your morning with coffee, check your calendar, load your gear, and head to a few shoots around town, head home and upload your media.

Pay + Schedule

• $25–$35/hr depending on experience and growth
• $0.25 per mile for every mile driven
• 20–35 hours/week (client demand varies week to week)
• Bonus pay for evenings when requested
• Training is paid at $15/hr (2–4 weeks depending on background)
