A developer-side opportunity that could suit brokers/ consultants (sales people) who are strong with lead generation and looking for more stability/security moving from a brokerage agency to developer side.

• Sales Associate salary: AED 10K
• Sales Executive average salary: AED 12K
• Commission: 1.75% - 2% on direct sales
• No commission splits (Developer lead) - full commission paid directly to you
• Company-generated leads provided
• Additional qualified leads also come through partner brokerages/agencies.
