Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Off-Plan Sales Manager to lead and expand our off-plan property division in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong developer relationships, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record in closing off-plan deals.
This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build a high-performing sales team focused on new project launches and investor acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the off-plan sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major developers in Abu Dhabi
- Secure project allocations and exclusive inventory
- Develop investor acquisition strategies (local & international markets)
- Train, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team
- Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with marketing team to create campaigns for project launches
- Manage CRM pipeline, reporting, and sales forecasting
- Attend developer launches, exhibitions, and networking events
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi
- At least 2–3 years specifically in off-plan sales
- Proven record of closing high-value off-plan transactions
- Strong network with developers and investors
- Leadership and team management experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- RERA / ADREC certification preferred
