A leading real estate company is expanding and looking for multiple experienced Team Leaders to join their growing operations in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.

Position Overview

• Role: Off-Plan Manager/ Team Leader / Community Team Leader
• Leadership-focused position (Area Manager style structure)
• The selected candidates will oversee specific communities and manage teams
• They will not be the sole head initially, teams will be distributed
• Top-performing managers will be escalated to higher ranks
• Initial structure starts with two teams and will scale from 10 to 20 members

Compensation

• Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 20,000 (based on profile and experience)
• Overrides paid on net figures (after deducting agents’ commissions)
• Override target base: 3% – 5%

Basic Requirements

• Currently running a team (minimum 1 year)
• Must provide current team size and performance numbers
• Proven record of total gross sales and revenue generated by the team
• Active focus on key developers in the current off-plan market
• Must not be running an exclusive project within their current company
• Current job profile should not be directly employed by a developer
• Experience handling premium / high-ticket communities
• Strong ability to scale and manage community-focused teams.
