Real Estate Office Administrator

Are you a people-first professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment? We're looking for an energetic leader to be the heartbeat of our real estate office — someone who champions agent success, drives a thriving office culture, and keeps everything running with excellence.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll wear a few hats — all of them meaningful. You'll be the go-to person for our agents from day one, guiding new team members through their first 90 days and serving as an ongoing resource for top producers and luxury-focused agents alike. You'll lead growth initiatives, build genuine relationships, and create an environment where people feel supported.

On the operations side, you'll keep the engine running — coordinating office ordering, marketing support, planning events, preping training sessions, and vendor relationships. You'll also be a key voice in leadership meetings, helping shape culture, accountability, and team strategy.

What We're Looking For

• A natural connector who genuinely enjoys supporting others
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Confidently support training, facilitating events, and communicating across all levels
• Tech-savvy with an eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement
• Familiar with Google Suites and Social Media accounts
• Real estate experience is a plus, but NOT required

Location: Arlington Heights. In-person, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
