Responsibilities
Real Estate Support
- Manage and maintain real estate databases, tracking active deals, lease expirations, renewals, and key property milestones
- Support the site selection process by coordinating data collection, due diligence materials, and committee presentations
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Retail partners to streamline approval workflows for new deals, renewals, and terminations
- Prepare real estate reporting and performance dashboards for leadership
Design and Planning Support
- Manage the Store Planning Manager through all phases of new store development from the initial Release for Survey, through the Due Diligence process, Design Phase, Construction Drawings and Permits
- Direct the Store Planning Manager through the design process during the Design Review Meetings (DRM) with the Germany team, including active feedback on design packets
- Facilitates, along with the Store Planning Manager, the management of all design drawing sets
- Assist in tracking the building permit process for all projects
- Partner with the Purchasing Team to incorporate the Tenant Supplied Material (TSM) schedule in the drawing sets
Construction & Facilities Support
- Partner with Construction Project Managers to track project schedules, budgets, and vendor performance
- Assist in bid analysis, purchase order management, and invoice processing
- Coordinate with Facilities team to manage maintenance vendors, service requests, and preventative maintenance programs
- Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives across the store fleet and corporate facilities
Operational Excellence
- Develop and optimize processes, templates, and tools that improve efficiency and data accuracy across teams
- Manage relationships with key external partners, including brokers, landlords, architects, and general contractors
- Support ongoing efforts to align real estate strategy with company growth objectives and brand standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in retail real estate operations, construction project coordination, or facilities management
- Strong understanding of lease administration, construction processes, and facilities maintenance workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or lease management software (e.g., Lucernex, Tango, Smartsheet) is a plus
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with external vendors
