Your Role

As a Real Estate Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the administrative and operational handling of real estate transactions in Dubai. You will support the team in coordinating contracts, documentation, and transaction processes, ensuring that all property deals are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.

This is a back-office / operations-focused role with close involvement in real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination and preparation of real estate contracts and transaction documents
• Managing administrative processes related to property purchases and sales
• Liaising with developers, brokers, trustees, notaries and external partners
• Scheduling and coordinating trustee / notary appointments
• Ensuring all documentation complies with Dubai real estate regulations
• Maintaining and organizing transaction records and files
• Supporting internal teams with operational and administrative real estate tasks
• Following up on transaction timelines, payments and approvals

Your Profile

• Previous experience in real estate operations, property administration or real estate back office
• Good understanding of real estate transaction processes in Dubai (or strong willingness to learn)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• High attention to detail and reliability
• Confident communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions at the same time
