Real Estate Operations & Sales Associate (Residential & Commercial)

About the Role

We’re looking for a licensed real estate professional to work directly with the owner in a hands-on, sales-driven role. This is not a traditional corporate environment—our team operates with flexibility, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

You’ll be responsible for generating revenue through sales and leasing while also supporting marketing and operational aspects of the business. This role requires someone comfortable wearing multiple hats and thinking independently.

Requirements

  • Active real estate license (required)
  • Experience in residential and commercial real estate (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated

Responsibilities

Sales (Primary Focus)

  • Generate revenue through property sales and leasing
  • Prospect, follow up on leads, and close deals
  • Negotiate contracts and guide clients through closings

Marketing

  • Create and manage property listings (MLS, online platforms, social media)
  • Develop marketing materials such as flyers and promotions

Operations / Admin

  • Prepare contracts, leases, and transaction documents
  • Coordinate showings, closings, and client communications
  • Maintain CRM and client records
  • Assist with office support and internal processes

Business Development

  • Analyze market comps and pricing
  • Track sales, revenue, and gross profit
  • Attend networking events and build industry relationships

Compensation

  • $50,000 base salary
  • 1–2% commission on gross profit (after $50K gross profit threshold is met)

This structure provides stable income with additional upside tied directly to performance.
