Real Estate Outbound Caller – Paid at Closing

We're a Midwest-based real estate company that works directly with investors to source, negotiate, and close a high volume of off-market deals. We specialize in identifying distressed properties and connecting them with buyers looking for investment opportunities. Our business is built on relationships with sellers, investors, and the communities we operate in. We're growing our operation and building a team to support that growth.

Responsibilities

This is a cold calling position. You'll be making outbound calls to homeowners, identifying motivated sellers, and passing qualified leads to our acquisitions team. When a deal closes, you get paid a referral fee directly through the title company.

Qualifications

• Comfortable making high volume outbound calls
• Consistent and self-motivated
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Real estate experience is a plus but not required
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English, with an energetic and positive demeanor
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for sales goals
• Prior experience in real estate or technical sales is a plus but not required; training will be provided

Pay: $1.00 - $10,000.00 per month
