Job Summary

The Law Office of Kunal Shah, LLC, a general practice law firm is seeking a Residential Paralegal.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assisting in preparing legal documents and maintaining those documents using a paper and electronic filing system
• Organizing files for closings.
• Meeting and assisting clients on a daily basis to analyze records and updating database.
• Knowledge of the real estate, family law and immigration procedures is preferred.

Qualifications and Skills Knowledge of the MicroSoft Office Suite.

• College degree preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and accurately.
• Excellent computer and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in speaking Gujarati or Hindi preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
