Real Estate Paralegal trainee

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal Trainee to join our dynamic legal team. As a trainee, you will support an attorney with a variety of legal tasks, including document review, research, and case management, while learning about the intricacies of real estate transactions and related legal areas. Duties

• Assist with real estate transaction documentation, including title searches, deeds, and closing documents
• Review contracts, leases, and other legal documents for accuracy and completeness
• Aid in preparing legal documents and correspondence with strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Manage administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, scheduling, and maintaining organized records of legal files

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited paralegal studies program or related field
• Demonstrated interest or coursework in real estate law
• Prior paralegal or legal administrative experience is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail in legal drafting and proofreading
• Basic knowledge of clerical procedures including filing, data entry, and phone etiquette
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating initiative and professionalism
• Law Students or newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply
