SMB DigitalZone is a digital partner for real estate companies.

We build websites, funnels, CRM systems, automations, and ad campaigns for the UAE and other property markets.

We are hiring a mid-level Real Estate Performance Marketer from Pakistan to manage multiple ad accounts and generate high-quality real estate leads. This is not a social media posting job. It is a performance role with precise results.

Your responsibilities

• Run and optimise campaigns on Meta (Facebook + Instagram), TikTok, and Google
• Build and improve funnels and landing pages together with our team
• Set up and manage retargeting campaigns
• Set up and maintain WhatsApp and CRM flows for leads
• Improve lead quality, not only lead volume, we want quality, not quantity
• Create ad copy and simple creatives (or give exact briefs)
• Do basic short-form video editing for TikTok-style ads when needed
• Report on performance and make decisions using data
• Manage multiple budgets across multiple clients in real estate and related sectors

Required experience and skills

You must already have:

• Proven experience running paid ads (Meta required, TikTok and Google preferred)
• Experience with high-ticket or real estate campaigns
• Experience with funnels and landing pages
• Experience with retargeting and lookalike audiences
• Strong understanding of CPL, conversion rate, and lead quality
• Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
• Experience linking ads to WhatsApp and CRM flows
• Strong ad copywriting skills
• Basic video editing for short ads
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to work full-time with focus and consistency

We do not need:

• SEO skills
• Blog writing
• General “social media management” only

Work expectations

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM PKT
• Daily updates on work and performance
• Weekly reporting on each account and funnel
• Fix funnel and campaign problems fast
• Take ownership, not wait for instructions all day

Compensation

• Salary range: 60,000 to 90,000 PKR per month
• The exact offer depends on proof of past results and performance in our test
