⭐ Job Title: Real Estate Performer (Sales Hero)

Location: Dubai, UAE

If you are driven, ambitious, and capable of presenting Dubai real estate to international investors across multiple markets, we want to speak to you.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into closed sales.
• Advise and assist investors throughout the buying process (both off-plan and ready properties).
• Conduct professional property presentations and attend international sales events when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients before, during, and after the sale.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Maintain CRM updates and manage pipeline efficiently.

Requirements

✅ Minimum 2+ years experience in real estate sales

✅ Proven sales record (sales proof will be requested)

✅ Strong negotiation and closing skills

✅ English is a must (additional languages are a plus)

✅ International sales experience preferred

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
