Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties, ensuring every shot highlights the space’s best features
• Conduct on-site filming and photography sessions, managing lighting, angles, and composition to produce visually compelling content
• Organize, edit, and upload photos to Google Drive folders
• Collaborate with clients and marketing teams to understand project objectives and deliver tailored visual solutions
• Maintain a great attitude in this customer forward environment!

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography, videography, or related art direction roles with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate or commercial content
• Knowledge of post-production workflows for both images and video content to ensure high-quality output
• Ability to operate professional filming equipment such as DSLRs or mirrorless cameras, stabilizers, lighting gear, and drones
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with clients, agents, or marketing teams effectively
• Must be able to obtain your Part 107 Drone Pilots License if you do not already possess it
• Valid drivers license and reliable/presentable vehicle is a must

Hours are very flexible, you can essentially create your own schedule. Having your own equipment is preferred however, some equipment may be provided for the right canidate.

Pay: $150.00 - $800.00 per day
