• Edit videos with tools like Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro, incorporating smooth transitions, music, and text overlays for professional presentation.
• Manage color accuracy through proper color management techniques to ensure true-to-life representations of properties.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver tailored visual content.
• Maintain organized workflows for post-production editing, file management, and delivery deadlines.
• Stay updated on current trends in real estate marketing, photography techniques, and videography tools to continually improve your craft.

Experience

• Proven experience in real estate or architectural photography and videography with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, with an understanding of photo manipulation and art direction principles.
• Skilled in video production using Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, with knowledge of filming techniques suitable for property tours.
• Familiarity with color theory and color management to produce visually appealing images that accurately represent properties.
• Experience with social media management to optimize content for various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok is a plus.
• Strong understanding of post-production workflows including photo editing, video editing, sound design, and motion graphics.
