Real Estate Photographer and Videographer

Job Summary

We are looking to hire a photographer & videographer for our real estate agent business. We are Matt Brunner Homes & we sell roughly 65 homes a year now, with the goal of doing 100 in 2026. That means that we will sell roughly 60 homes on the market where we need professional photography + videography done.

This role comes down to 3 main pillars:

1 - Promoting the homes that we are hired to sell.

2 - My personal brand, find me on instagram @mattbrunnerhomes

3 - Event coverage of our trainings, masterminds, golf tournaments, & more.

We are a small team of 3 people, looking to add our 4th!

What This Job Actually Looks Like:

  • Attend scheduled for you media appointments with homeowners or vacant properties.
  • Shoot professional photos on homes including shooting, editing, uploading, etc.
  • Brainstorming the idea for a video that will sell the home. Then recording that video with Matt.
  • We have a personal branding marketing strategy, but we don't have the system for creating, editing, & uploading all of the videos needed.
  • Marketing Strategy; Podcast, talking head style videos, listing videos, event coverage, & creative out of the box ideas.
  • Event coverage of events. Trainings, masterminds, golf tournaments, & other fun activities!

Skills

  • Creating fun & engaging videos that match our brand
  • Strategic & Creative thinking when it comes to implementation of ideas
  • We use Asana task management to manage projects.

We like to have fun & we sell a lot of houses.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
