Position Overview

We're seeking a skilled Real Estate Photographer to join our team as an independent contractor. This flexible opportunity allows you to set your own schedule while working with a company that truly values your contribution to the real estate marketing process.

Work Volume: 2-20 shoots per week based on your availability and service offerings Schedule: You set your own availability - work as much or as little as fits your lifestyle Compensation: Per shoot and per service completed

Services & Responsibilities

• Real Estate Photography: High-quality interior and exterior property photography
• 3D Virtual Tours: Create immersive virtual property experiences
• Floor Plans: Accurate and professional floor plan creation
• Drone Photography & Video: Aerial property photography and videography
• Property Tour Videos: Engaging video tours of listings

RequirementsLicensing & Insurance (Required)

• Part 107 Drone License for commercial drone operations
• Drone Flight Insurance
• Photographer Liability Insurance

Experience & Skills

• Photography experience preferred, but we will train the right individual
• We will train you on any skills you don’t have yet.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
• Professional attitude and reliable communication
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Ability to pass a background check

Equipment

• Professional photography equipment required (camera, lenses, drones, etc.)
• Don't have equipment yet? No problem - you can rent equipment from us until you're able to purchase your own
